Amazing Paper Pieces

February 13, 2013 by

Artist Li Hongbo has created some amazing sculptures out of paper. By hand gluing thousands of sheets of paper together, he has created what looks like plaster sculptures or other items, but act like slinkys. You can view the gallery exhibit here or watch here. (Image Source).

Valentine’s Gift Tags

January 25, 2013 by

We originally made these for our holiday promo, but with using them all year ’round in mind. Our little screenprinted muslin bags filled with blind embossed to/from gift tags are perfect for Valentine’s day also! We’ve opened up a little etsy shop so you can get your hands on them. (Image Source)

1984 book cover

January 14, 2013 by

The new ‘1984’ book cover for Penguin books is going viral in the design community. The name of the book is imprinted in black in the black bars and from the straight-on view it look like it’s censored. I love the simplicity of the design! (Image Source)

Fabulous Floating World

November 28, 2012 by

I’m helping a friend out at the One Of A Kind show this week; you can check out her adorable work here, but she showed me Jacob Rolfe’s screen prints, and I fell in love. I bought 4! A great style of illustration, and perfect colour choices leave me wanting to buy more. (Image Source).
